Disclaimers

Following is a list of Disclaimers about this Substack, in case for some reason you need to know about them.

Table of Contents

Disclaimer #1: Generally Speaking

All names, characters, and incidents portrayed in this Substack are fictitious (unless otherwise stated…). No identification with actual persons (living or deceased), places, buildings, businesses, and products is intended or should be inferred.

“JStream” and/or “JStream Aerospace” or “JetStream Aerospace” should not to be confused with anything else coincidentally named similarly, including any aircraft or businesses that might share the name.

Disclaimer #2: About The Airline Brand Names

The airlines depicted in this Substack are fictitious and not meant to resemble any airline, active or not.

Most of the brands listed here were developed by the Author from scratch. A few brands depicted did actually exist once upon a time in real life, usually back in the 20th century or in the 2000s, maybe even the 2010s. I kind of enjoy reimagining defunct airlines and giving them a 2nd life here, with cool new liveries and aircraft. In cases where an airline brand previously did exist in real life, I try to add a note to this effect at the end of the post.

I don’t expect to draw up any currently existing brands.

Disclaimer #3: About The People Depicted

NONE of the people depicted in this Substack are real people except the Author. All character names are fictional. They are not based on you or anyone you know or ever knew. Their names and histories were randomly generated.

All character portraits were randomly computer generated for storytelling purposes. They aren’t intended to represent any living or not living person.

See this guy? He is not real, even if he looks like you or somebody you might know.
