Aircraft / Boeing 737 MAX 10
One of four planned variations of the Boeing 737 MAX aircraft family, the Boeing 737 MAX 10 is a planned narrow-body, medium range twin-engine jet airliner manufactured by Boeing Commercial Airplanes, a division of The Boeing Company. Boeing Commercial Airplanes is headquartered in Renton, Washington USA, while the parent company’s head office is located in Arlington, Virginia USA.
Certain loyal customers requested that Boeing develop a variant larger than the Boeing 737 MAX 9 that would compete with the Airbus A321neo. Boeing responded by offering a stretched version of the MAX 9 that would seat 200 passengers, although its range would be lower than the A321neo.
The Boeing 737 MAX 10 is currently available to order only in a passenger configuration. Deliveries of the 737 MAX 10 were originally expected to start in 2023, however, the introduction date has since been delayed. There is no firm date for entry into service, although the type may reach certification as early as 2025.
